The free plan measures. That is the argument.
Every CV builder gives away the building. We give away one tracked link with the complete reading report on it — because the report is the only thing that makes the case.
The obvious way to price this product is to put measurement behind the paywall. It is the expensive part, it is the differentiated part, and every comparable product does exactly that with its own headline feature.
It also makes the product impossible to explain. "You will find out which sections a recruiter actually read" is a sentence about an experience nobody has had. Describing it is strictly worse than showing one.
So the free plan includes one live tracked link, and the reading report on it is complete — not a preview, not the first two sections, not a blurred panel with a price on top. A crippled sample argues against the product rather than for it.
What the paid tier sells is a link per application. One link tells you how a CV is read; a link per application tells you which employer read it, which is the thing you are actually trying to learn when you have sent forty. The distinction is real, so it can be charged for without a lock on the part that proves the idea.
