Testimonials
We have none.We deleted the ones we made up.
This page carried four glowing stories with names, job titles and numbers attached. Every one of them was invented, the way a great many products invent them before anyone has used the thing.
We sell a product whose whole promise is that it tells you what really happened instead of what sounds good. Leaving that page up would have been the loudest possible way to say we do not mean it.
John M., Senior Software Engineer
Nothing in this product records an interview. It measures whether a link was opened and for how long, so there was no place this number could have come from.
Sara K., Marketing Manager
We never see a reply. A recruiter answers into your inbox, not into ours, and we have no way of knowing whether one arrived.
Daniel R., Recent Graduate
Doubling needs a figure to double. We had no before, no after, and no interview data on either side of the comparison.
Priya S., Product Manager
There is no offer field in this product and no outcome field of any kind. There is also no account behind this name.
Four things you can check right now, without trusting us at all.
A testimonial asks you to believe a stranger. These ask you to believe nothing. Open each one and see for yourself.
Every competitor claim we make is quoted and linked
On our comparison page each alternative is quoted from its own help centre or changelog, with a link to the page it came from, including the two that come closest to doing what we do.
Read the comparisonWe publish what we are worse at
Four things, named, with the competitor that beats us on each: prettier templates, the better-known ATS checker, AI writing, and knowing your CV was opened, which is free in most of the world.
See where we loseA recruiter can switch us off in one click
No account, no form, no email to anyone. If their browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control we honour it automatically, before they arrive, and we do not give ourselves a way to override that.
Try the control yourselfYou can read exactly what is collected
The full list, the reason for each item, how long it is kept, and what is never collected at any point, written as a document rather than buried in a policy nobody opens.
Read what we collect
The most useful thing we could tell you is what a recruiter did with your CV. We are not going to establish that by inventing what a recruiter did with somebody else’s.
When there are people using this who are willing to say something about it, their words go here, with their permission, with their names on them, and with any number in them traceable to their own report. Until then, this page stays as it is.
Be the first one on this page.
Build a CV, send one tracked link on your next application, and see what comes back. If it changes something for you, tell us, and we will ask before we quote you.
No card required. Building is free; the reading reports start on Professional.
